The wedding feast menu options.

We are very excited that you are considering our home for your special day, Here at Chateau Challain we strive to make every wedding a unique experience for all attending but especially for our Couple. We realize that this is one of the most important days of your lives and we want to help start it off on the right path. To bring all the details together you communicate directly with our organizer Cynthia and convey your dream wedding and our team will make that dream come true. Please find the package that suits you best but if it is not below we can customize one for you.

Prices for 2011 are as the following,

A wedding at the Chateau is customized for every couple this is what we include,

The meal options will include:

A 3 course meal with wine by our house Chef.

(The menu will be selected and signed as an attachment)

A starter,main and wedding cake with coffee or tea €poa

option 2

A 4 course meal with wine to compliment the dish by our house Chef.

(The menu will be selected and signed as an attachment)

A starter, main, cheese and wedding cake with coffee or tea €poa

option 3 Gastronomic

Gastronomic 4 course meal with wine by a gastronomic Chef.

(The menu will be selected and signed as an attachment)

A starter,main, cheese and desert, wedding cake with coffee or tea €poa

With each package a

Cocktail hour with canapés

Cocktail hour with Canapés & Champagne

Both also include a Bouquet for the bride, décor in your colour, Printed menu’s and

Place cards, Candle, Tables and Chairs. This also includes the rental

of the Château rooms for a reception from 5pm till 1am.

Before or after these times there is a per hour charge.

This is if any guests still need service

of any kind. All bar service will end at this time or the additional time will be charged.

The ceremony can take place in the small chapel in the château for groups of 25.

We also offer Garden weddings or the Memorial Tower for a €poa and up charge.

Plus the village church across the street may be rented as well.

Elopements are just required for 3 nights min one suite.

You will be obligated to rent all 6 suites and 4 bedrooms for 2 night €poa

This guarantees privacy.

Check in is 4pm -Check out is 11am

In addition we have a,

Mezzanine apt for 3 persons - which has a double in one room

in another with a pull-out for a single.

There is a Bathroom on this floor accessible by all

Massage room - Queen to share with Mezzanine bathroom

To sleep 22-28 persons any more than 28 person

there is a per night charge for each person

This guarantees privacy. There is lovely B&B’s in the area for the rest of your guest. As I will be happy to organize these for you they run between €75 - €100 for a double per night. As a Coordinator & Designer for a 20% fee I can take care of al yourl needs for the wedding. For the bride this takes away all the worries of a destination wedding. Here is a sample 4 course gourmet menu to excite your taste buds:

-Carpaccio de saumon et ail noir du Japon, duxelle d’aromates et petite salade pleine de saveurs.

Carpaccio of salmon and black Japanese garlic, chopped mushrooms and shallots with a small salad.

-Magret d’oie rôti au romarin, petits navets confits dans de l’eau de fleurs d’oranger, sauce corsée au chocolat épicé.

Roasted goose breast fillet, small turnip preserve in orange flowered water, strong sauce flavoured with spicy chocolate.
